4k undetected

When I go to video setteings it shows that my 4k TV is undetected (Hisense) . My setings are set for 4k. How can I resolve this issue.

Thank you for reaching out @user_srb9x5 I am sorry to hear your TV is not working with your 4K. Do you currently have a 4K box with a 4K HDMI cable? I would also suggest reviewing the owners manual of the TV to confirm you have the correct set up for your cables.

I have all the correct wiring and am familiar with the set up process. I think the cheap Hisense 4k TV and the cable box are not communicating. If I call in a technician they will probally fault my choice of TV.

My friend has a 4k Samsung and Xfinity works great on that TV. Xfinity boxes and Hisense 4k TV's are not compatable, they dont talk to each other. Lesson learned.
