CAN I UPGRADE MY CURRENT CABLE BOX TO A 4K UHD ONE BY JUST A FREE EXCHANGE AT AN XFINITY STORE?

Yes. There are two 4K boxes - wired XG1v4 DVR and WiFi Xi6. The XG1v4s tends to be in short supply, especially at stores.
