There are two 4K X1 boxes.

XG1v4 is a wired DVR.

Xi6 is the wifi version.

Hello @user_o2bzkm Thanks for reaching out. As @BIslander pointed out those are the 2 models we have. We can certainly help order 2 boxes for you from those 2 models. What you receive is based on inventory in the region but both would support 4K video. To get started please send us a direct message with your full name and the service address.

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it.
