4K HDR very dark
I'm trying watch BBC America's Seven world's, One Planet in 4K HDR, but the picture is very dark. I had the same issue with the Chicago Blackhawks game a couple weeks ago. All my other devices and built-in apps show HDR10 correctly, so I don't think it's an equipment issue. Is there a problem with HDR through the Xfinity box?

Hi there. What set top are you using? Also, what model is your TV?

XG1v4 on a TCL 8 series. All other HDR looks as it should on my TV.

The NCAA basketball games on Fox Sports 1 in 4K HDR are also very dark compared to their regular channel counterparts tonight. I also noticed that when my XG1v4 goes into HDR mode the X1 menus are very dark too.
