4k hd undetected

I bought an hd 4k HDMI wire and my tv settings are on 4K as well as my Xfinity x1 box. Why is my Xfinity box saying it’s undetected?

Thank you for confirming that @user_8qk3m8! From what I am reading online, each HDMI port on the tv should be 4K compatible. For troubleshooting purposes, have you already tried using a different HDMI port on the TV?
