4k equipment

I need to upgrade my equipment to 4k.  The Xfinity assistant says that I need to speak to an agent to get 4k equipment but I can’t get in touch with one.  How do I get this process started.

Our team will be glad to help get you some new boxes. To get started, please use the chat icon in the upper right to enter Direct Messaging. Once there, type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list to send us a message with your full name and address.

Thanks RyanE.  I have tried this method but I don't get a response in the chat.  Am I doing something wrong?
