I have been trying to get a 4k "NON-DVR" COAX connected second box for another tv in another room. I already have a 4k DVR in the living room. Comcast customer service folks just can't get it right and keep sending me the wrong boxes. What is wrong with these people and what is so hard about this question? I have tried 8 different times to replace my HD boxes with 4k coax connected boxes and they just can't do it. FINALLY, I received an Arris AX014ANM - 4k DVR coax connect box on the 9th try, HOWEVER, these idiots sent me a wireless Flex box for the second tv when I specifically told them coax. This is nuts that NO ONE at comcast understand NON-DVR cable box WITH coax connecters! Does anyone know the part number for non-dvr coax connected 4k box? If so, please post so I can call customer server and do their job for them! Thanks!
