4K DVR not working on certain hdmi ports on my tv.

I was using my dvr just fine on hdmi port #2 and then it stop detecting the dvr.  Now it will only work on the hdmi arc port #1 where I used to have my soundbar.  Now I cannot use my soundbar because I have to keep my dvr plugged into that port.  The other two hdmi ports work fine when I plug other devices into them.
