4k DVR Box

Hi,

We had a 4K DVR box XG1v4 that went bad that couldn’t record and needed a replacement. I asked for the same one but was sent an old box XG2 that doesn’t have a hard drive. It is slow, no hard drive and no 4K. Can someone help and send us a 4K XG1v4 new box?
