4K DVR Box Replacement

Good afternoon, I was told back in March that I would be on a list for a 4K DVR box to replace my current one that randomly shuts off. How can I find out when I will receive this box? I’ve been waiting for 8 months now and I’m not even sure if I was put on the “list”
