4K box swap

I have tried to order 4K boxes via phone customer service and have gone in to the Xfinity store. Neither one has resulted in receiving 4K boxes. I was supposed to receive them via mail which never came and calling customer service said they had them at the store and I went to the store where they said they had no 4K boxes in stock.

Looking for some help to either receive them via mail or reserve one at the Xfinity store so I know when I go there to pick it up they’ll have it.

I definitely want to make sure you're able to take advantage of the higher definition when watching TV.
