3rd Party App

The lag with the main cable box with any 3rd party app is terrible. I’ve reset the box, there are batteries, and everything else.

I have the same problem. I did a complete reset and I even upgraded my HDMI cable. Still have the same issues. What is the solution?

No idea. I talked to a customer service person yesterday. They remotely reset my box, had me unplug it and plug it back in, and whatever else. And it’s just as slow if not slower.

Hello, @user_c69c3b. I am sorry to hear you have been having lag when you are using the 3rd party apps and that signals did not resolve the problem. Are you noticing this when you open the apps, try to view something, or both?

Open the app, scroll through the app, When you try and play something, rewind or fast forward when playing something.

Have you noticed this on all 3rd party apps or just certain ones?
