2nd Cable TV - BAD SIGNAL
Our bedroom cable is showing a pink, split screen with static on one side & an intermittent signal on the other. My laptop works fine using the same HDMI cable & port on the t.v.
In the 18 years we've had comcast, this issue with the coaxial cable entering our room has happened several times before & it's always after a heavy rain/thunderstorm. The cables outside of our house run through puddles & mud.
The customer service people claim there is a signal going to my box, but Comcast is the only device not working. All other devices work fine with the same cables & ports like I mentioned earlier.
