1 PST error message

We were receiving TV signal fine earlier today.

Switched over to play XBox.

When switching back to Xfinity,  we got an error message.

Rebooted,  checked all connections and error still persists. 

We do have internet. 

Could it be a service issue only affecting cable or perhaps we need a new box?
