Zip code does not match when transferring number from Xfinity

Hi, I am trying to transfer my number to another carrier, but they said the Zip code associated to my number does not match the records of my Xfinity account. Could someone please help?

I also have same problem, trying for days to transfer two numbers from NOW mobile to Verizon. Received transfer pin, Verizon reports zip code does not match.

Are you needing to unlock two Now Mobile phones? If so, they can only be unlocked after a certain time period. Your phone will be unlocked automatically 180 days after it was purchased. We will also unlock your phone only if it is not reported lost, stolen, or involved in fraudulent activity.
