Hi there, @user_35v27s! Thanks for reaching out to us here on the Community Forum. Sorry to hear you're having trouble activating Peacock. Is this a new paid account or is it a free Peacock promotion of some kind?

I have the same issue with my "Get Peacock Premium at no extra cost" offer from xfinity (Platinum member). The Peacock Live chat is pasted below:

Ram (7/5/2025, 7:37:12 PM): How we can best assist you today?
null (7/5/2025, 7:38:11 PM): I can't activate my free Peacock subscription through xfinity
Ram (7/5/2025, 7:38:19 PM): I apologize for the inconvenience. I would be happy to assist you with this.
Ram (7/5/2025, 7:38:45 PM): Please specify if you are an Xfinity Gig+ Customer or a Platinum and Diamond member so that I can assist you accordingly.
null (7/5/2025, 7:39:04 PM): Platinum
Ram (7/5/2025, 7:39:39 PM): Thank you for the information.
Ram (7/5/2025, 7:39:50 PM): Please visit the below link to redeem the offer. xfinity.com/rewards
null (7/5/2025, 7:41:22 PM): I've done this, and the message says that I have claimed the offer
null (7/5/2025, 7:42:04 PM): The issue is with activation
Ram (7/5/2025, 7:42:13 PM): After that you will receive the email through Xfinity to activate Peacock.
null (7/5/2025, 7:43:09 PM): I've followed the link to activate Peacock. It says that my account is already linked to xfinity
Ram (7/5/2025, 7:43:14 PM): Thank you for the information.
null (7/5/2025, 7:43:22 PM): it will not allow me to activate it
Ram (7/5/2025, 7:43:53 PM): Please share all the possible email addresses you have so I can locate the account apart from the emails you provided above
null (7/5/2025, 7:45:27 PM): xxxxxx@comcast.net
Ram (7/5/2025, 7:46:04 PM): Thank you for the information.
Ram (7/5/2025, 7:46:55 PM): Just to confirm if you contacted Xfinity regarding the issue.
null (7/5/2025, 7:47:09 PM): Yes. it's an issue on the Peacock side
Ram (7/5/2025, 7:47:53 PM): Thank you for informing.
Ram (7/5/2025, 7:48:20 PM): Thank you for your patience. I would like to escalate this situation for further review. Please keep an eye out for additional emails from the team.
Ram (7/5/2025, 7:49:39 PM): Is there anything else I can assist you with today?
null (7/5/2025, 7:50:03 PM): I can't believe that we can't fix this now
Ram (7/5/2025, 7:50:25 PM): I do apologize and be assured I am forwarding your case to our team to review and they will help you with this.

I'm having the same issue and cannot use the benefits of the free premium Peacock.  Help!  I cannot seem to get ahold of any Xfinity agent to fix this, as the Bot keeps referring me back to generalized Peacock information.  I need an actual Xfinity agent to fix this because Peacock cannot.
