You promised to call me and never did

I was on chat line with two different people for over an hour this morning and they finally agreed to set up a phone call with somebody in 3 to 5 minutes and that was seven hours ago.  Xfinity [Edited: Language] up and canceled the way I log into my account when I disabled 1/2 of my account… Now, even though I am getting billed, I cannot change anything or go online and login
