xfinity.com is no longer sending me emails with the two-factor authentication code

over the past week or so, when I try to login to xfinity.com, it never sends the authentication code to the email address.

it appears to have the correct email address, I've checked spam and junk email folders.

I've also tried this from 2 separate xfinity.com accounts, using 2 different web browsers.  Each account uses a different gmail.com email address.

I am prompted for the username, and then the password and then prompted to send the two-factor authentication code to my email address.  After clicking on the button to send the code, no email arrives in the accounts.

On one of the accounts, there is also the option of texting the authentication code to a mobile phone number, and that works.  But that does not help me for the other account.

note: this had been working fine over the past few months.  I cant see what might have changed recently.

thank you

Greetings @user_4tcqpz, and thanks for posting your issue to the Xfinity forums, I hope this message finds you well. I am sorry to hear that you are no longer receiving the two-factor authentication emails, but you have come to the right place for assistance with this. Have you checked to make sure you have not blocked the email address that the code is coming from?

I have not blocked the email address (I did just double check it) - and it isn't showing up in the trash, spam or promotions folders.

interestingly, I did just get an authentication email for one of my xfinity accounts - at least 1 hour after I had requested it.  So far, no emails for the second xfinity account.
