Xfinity Support
I need to pay on my current past due bill, went past two months because I completely forgot to pay the bill, now my account is stuck on my old account, won't let me switch to my 7515 devils lake hwy account to pay the over due bill online. Tried customer service but they sit there talking about everything BUT the issue I'm having or tell me it's fixed and the old account is removed to let me access my current account and they lie. I just want to pay my overdue bill to reactivate my internet and done with trying to call and deal with someone because all they are trying to do is convince me to buy more packages that I made clear I don't want or need no matter how many times I tell them NO! I've already followed all the steps provided to fix the issue and it's not being fixed and I still haven't been able to pay my bill to reactivate my account!!!

To send a "direct message" / "private message" message to Xfinity Support:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
• As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
• An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send it
