Xfinity Support: Peacock Subscription Already Activated

Hi,

Xfinity says that my Peacock subscription is already activated.

My peacock account under "[Edited: Personal Information]" does not have the active subscription.

How can I resolve this?

Hey @SBHebden, Thank you for visiting our official Xfinity Forums Community support page. I am glad to see that the Peacock Premium subscription has been activated. With the redemption, any email address can be used. This includes from third-party email providers as well. Have you tried every email that you have to see if the account as linked to another email address?
