Xfinity Rewards website not loading

When I log into the rewards page it doesn't show me anything. I've tried on different browsers, computers, phones, incognito, in the app...everything. Is there an issue with my account or is there an issue with rewards website?

Hey there, @MichelleBC! Are you still having issues with accessing your Xfinity Rewards? I checked, and am not seeing reports of known issues from that day (or since), but our Digital Care Team is here to help if you're running into further problems!

@XfinitySara​ yes still having the issue… the page doesn’t fully load and all it displays is the area that asks if I have a question about xfinity rewards

Good to know, @MichelleBC! You previously mentioned trying different browsers on different computers and phones as well as trying Incognito Mode (which is great, thanks for taking the time to try that!) Have you tried clearing the cache and cookies on the main device you'd like to use for accessing Xfinity Rewards? If not, may we have you try that next?

Okay, there could be an issue with the UserID itself. For that I'd have to take a look at your account. In order to get started can you please send me a private message to Xfinity Support with your full name and full address by clicking the chat icon in the top right?

I'm having the same issue across multiple browsers and devices. I will try using the app next, but it seems to be some sort of technical issue that cannot be fixed on my end. I can share pictures if need be.
