Xfinity Rewards Program Eligibility

Hi, I am a new Xfinity Internet customer and recently tried to join the Xfinity Rewards program but was unable to. After reading the FAQ and understanding the eligibility requirements, I can confidently say that I should be able to qualify for the program as I am the Primary User and have been with Xfinity for almost a year now. I've attempted using the Xfinity Assistant without any luck and also tried calling customer service to speak to a representative but was never able to connect to a real person. I'm hoping to gain some clarity about my situation through this forum now and preferably resolve my issue.

To send a direct message:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

• Click the "Direct messaging" icon near the top right of the page

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

• Press Enter to send it

Good morning @BryanM54! We received confirmation that this should now be resolved, and you should now be able to log in to the Xfinity App, and access your Rewards. Can you please confirm this on your end?
