Xfinity Rewards - Can not sign in because Account Permissions are wrong ('member' instead of 'account owner')

I've always been the only person accessing my Xfinity account, but for some reason my account user permissions are set as Member instead of as the Account Owner.  I've talked to support and been assured I'm listed as the account owner in the system, so I can do account change functions over the phone as a workaround if I need to - but I cannot access Xfinity Rewards, and that's a problem since I log into it in order to keep Peacock active.

The phone support channel seems to have no idea how to handle this, so is there someone in support with the ability/knowledge to fix these account permissions?   -p

I've attempted to connect a chat with you, XfinityJorge, but your username is not showing as a valid user name I can send to (though I am trying to chat with the 'Xfinity Support' ID, if that works).  -p

I am an Official Xfinity Employee.
