Xfinity Prepaid Portal has been broken for over a year
ever since i first signed up, I always get a blank page after I login to the prepaid user portal. I have tried clearing my cache/cookies, I've downloaded the app, tried on different devices and nothing gets me past the white page. The url for this page is "https://my.xfinityprepaid.com/en/account-picker" . I cannot set up autopay so I have to manually pay each month using the "skip the login" Litepay option. I recently moved and instead of being able to login to my account and update my address, I had to call and be on the phone for 20 minutes because I can not access my user portal. I wish this would be fixed soon but I have little hope since I've seen users with the same issue as me from as early as 2020. It's obvious this is not a priority for xfinity.

It’s so annoying like Xfinity can’t fix simple issues like this that has been ongoing over a year and still haven’t fixed it that’s why I’m going to Verizon
