Xfinity Login Page Won't Load
Again. See https://forums.xfinity.com/conversations/signin-and-account-management/xfinity-login-page-wont-load/602db074c5375f08cd2e9f8a. That issue was closed, but apparently it is back again.
I tried rebooting the modem and my router, but that did not help. I even did it twice. I cleared the cookies in the browser. I restarted the browser. No help. This is firefox-esr 102.6.0esr on Devuan Linux, which was working with your site until just a few days ago.
OBVIOUSLY I can log into THIS help forum; so please, don't duck and weave (your techs have had a habit of this). I am talking about the actual xfinity web site where I can look at my plan, etc. In the link above, your tech tells the user to look at a list of solutions to this problem, not even acknowledging the fact that the user had solved their problem already. And that list did not even address this problem at all, so it was useless and one has to wonder why such a list would be offered given it did not offer a solution to the problem the user was having!
This is a problem with Xfinity's web site, but I am sure you will bot me instead of addressing the issue properly. It has been a rare instance when xfinity addresses user problems directly without dodging or weaving. Save the AI for someone who cares. Thanks.

Could you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address? Our team can most definitely take a further look at this issue. To send a "Peer to peer" ("Private") message:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Peer to peer chat" icon
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send it

@XfinityXavier It seems you have changed my login information (I know I have not changed anything since the last time I successfully logged in, other than my email address, which should not have caused my login ID to change). At any rate, even logging in with the new ID, which I located by using your handy tool ("Let's find your Xfinity..."), it still does not load the page.
I do notice that you are attempting to direct me to a beta page. I tried setting beta=0, but that made no difference. I tried a different browser. I would appreciate it if I could be opted out of your beta version for now. Keep in mind, I cannot log in, so this will be impossible for me to do myself. Someone at Xfinity will need to address this. I do not have phone access at this time, so that will not be an option.

nvm. I am finally able to log in... but on an OLD (very old!) login ID. When I first signed up with comcast, they gave me a comcast.net email ID. Later on, when I moved, they made me use a different ID, but it was not in the comcast.net domain, but rather in the xfinity domain. At any rate, I am able to log in again with my very old user ID.
I wish xfinity would take care to notify users if it is going to change things like this without our knowledge. I understand you want to perfect your system, but keeping us in the know about changes would be extremely helpful. Thanks.
