Xfinity ignores my marketing preferences

I have unsubscribed from all marketing (and even other) communications from Xfinity.  They continue to send me their spam.  I talked to the chat agent who told me they would take care of it.  Total waste of my time.  What can I do?  I am on the verge of cutting the cord.

@user_beca03 Thank you for making us aware that you're no longer interested in receiving this marketing emails. I would be more than happy to review your account to see what we can do to prevent anymore marketing emails to be sent to you. Please send a direct message by clicking the chat icon in the upper right corner of the page, click on the pen and paper icon, then enter “Xfinity Support” in the “To” section.

This is what XfinitySupport (seemingly an AI bot) told me after I followed your instructions.  You guys are amazing at giving the run around.
