I cannot access my professionally monitored home security through the Xfinity home application

About three weeks ago I tried to access the Xfinity home app but it would not allow me to do so 

I was automatically sent to the Xfinity app to self monitor 

I am paying for professional monitoring

@user_a39d54, thanks for those details. Besides redirecting, was there any error message on the XFINITY Home app? Also, to be sure, have you updated the XFINITY Home app recently?

I have updated  the app

The message on the Xfinity Home app was 

“your home monitoring has moved to the Xfinity app

The Xfinity Home app no longer supports self protection 

Switch to the Xfinity App to continue enjoying your service plus even more features like the motion notifications and 2 way radio 

I cannot arm/disarm the security system on this app
