Xfinity Gig plan. Can NOT activate peacock.

I am on the GIG internet plan and I can not activate my peacock subscription. I have been trying to activate it for the past over 2 weeks now I have tried xfinity.com/yoursubscriptions 

Xfinity.com/activate-peacock 

And customer.xfinity.com/activate-peacock I also tried to do it from the Xfinity app and even tried the activate link in the email sent to me from Xfinity. I tried it from 3 different browsers and 2 different devices and still nothing worked. Whenever it takes me to the stream store there is no activation banner to click on in order to activate my subscription. I have spoken to 8-9 different Xfinity representatives and even contacted peacock directly but peacock claimed it was a Xfinity problem and Xfinity claimed it was a peacock problem. So I do not know what else to do. This is all starting to just get irritating and frustrating it's such a headache. Please help me and straighten out this issue please. And thankyou
