Xfinity Account & User Id
Aloha! Xfinity had a Wi-FI On Demand system in 2017 to about 2020 when I stopped using it. Around 2019, I created an account for that with my user name as [Edited: "Personal Information"] and the associated E-Mail address as [Edited: "Personal Information"] for two, free, one-hour passes per month. I don't remember which street address I used and I don't think Xfinity was requiring a street address for the two, free, one-hour passes. Currently, I don't have a traditional street address such as an apartment, house, or even just a room for rent in a house. I buy Xfinity Now Wi-FI Passes with my billing address as None or No Address because I can't use the address on my Florida Id card for anything internet related. The person who is letting me use his address for my Florida Id card told me that he does not want any issues or problems with something internet related.
I don't have an Xfinity Mobile or Xfinity Internet subscription account because it is too involved for me.

@user_0d8h34 For Wi-Fi pass concerns/issues, you would have to use the Xfinity online chat function, or a customer support phone number would have been provided at the bottom of the receipt from your original confirmation email.
