Xfinity account already linked to Peacock

I recently upgraded my Xfinity account that includes Peacock, Hulu, and Disney+ as part of the bundle. When I tried to activate Peacock, it prompted me to input my email. After I typed it in, I got the error "Your Xfinity account is already linked to another Peacock account". I can't seem to fix this issue and would appreciate any help with it. Thank you.

@XfinityJeniece​ Hi, no, I had it through Xfinity before and that subscription ended last week. I just upgraded my account to reinclude the bundle, as my legacy account no longer had it, and now I'm running into this issue.

user_nobqgc Thanks for confirming! Have you tried these steps to verify the correct email associated with your account?
 
If your Peacock subscription is active but you’d like to change your email address associated with your Peacock subscription or forgot your email address, you can:

 

  1. Click Help & more info and click Unlink Peacock account

After clicking “Unlink Peacock”:

  1. You’ll have to confirm the Peacock account you want to use.
  2. Select No, please use another account to use a different email.
  3. Enter the email you’d like to use.
  4. Select Continue then sign in and activate your subscription.
