Where to send Account Change Request Form?

I am trying to change the name on my account and was sent an email with the Account Change Request Form. I completed the form and have the supporting documentation, but there is no instruction on how to send it back to Comcast. I hit reply to the email in which I received the form and attached everything, but the email says not to reply and no one has contacted me.  I cannot find any other way to return this form to comcast and have been calling and calling for help. Please tell me where to send this form and documents so that I can get this account change completed ASAP!

Good morning, @user_a3d3ce. When starting the Account Change process, in one of the emails we send, there should be a secure link that you click which you can then upload the files.

If you do not see this email, we will need to create a new ticket to have that email generated.

I need to submit the same completed Account Change Request Form. I don't have any email with a link to upload, and its being submitted as part of a divorce so I have to submit a hard copy. Why is this so difficult?

@user_b81fa3. Thanks for reaching out about your account change request! The process starts with one party reaching out and then we send an email out to each party if it is a transfer. If that was not done we can get it sent to you here. If it is simply a name change we can still send an email and the other option is you go into a store and show proof to get it changed  on the spot. Are you giving the account up to someone else or are you taking it over(name change)?

I no longer work for Comcast.
