What happened to the old Home Page?!?!?! The new Discovery Hub [Edited]!!!

Hate the new Discovery Hub.  Too many sign in requests.  The old Home Page had news, entertainment, all that stuff wrapped into one.  Will be changing Home Page to news.google.com.   Are you trying to get rid of customers?

I wholeheartedly agree! Xfinity strikes again!! This is not a Home Page. There's nothing that speaks to my locality. It's cumbersome, slow and ugly. Epic fail y'all..

Yep, the new website design is horrible. It seems to be designed to give customers as little information as possible thus driving them to use a smart phone or tablet. It’s going to cause people to make more calls, become frustrated with the phone system and finally when ya get someone you feel like screaming. Service in my area has gone downhill in the past few months. I’ve called three times and had two service calls scheduled but still my internet goes out and my bedroom cable boxes loose signal by evening. I think at this point all I can depend on is my bill going up at least $10 each year until I get disgusted and switch.

The new homepage is advertisement for Xfinity. No news, entertainment or the pertinent information. Your responses are not customer user friendly .

This new home page is terrible! Please bring back the old home page. It was perfect. There was absolutely no reason it needed to be changed to this.

Just like everyone else has stated, this new Discovery Hub is garbage! It's not a home page, but a location for Xfinity/Comcast to place ads for products most of us already have. It has no useful information at all. Meaning world news, sports, entertainment, weather, etc. What a huge waste of money and resources. I already switched my homepage to something else and wont be looking back.

Dear Comcast/Xfinity, This is Ridiculous. Your Site has become entirely Useless. Nobody is happy with this change and the forums haven't had this much activity ever. Please Stop shooting yourself in the Foot. Your Already Ranked #8 Worst Customer Service in the world by Statista 2020. IN THE WORLD. Let that Sink in. Its Clear nobody cares though the Hollow and Empty Corporate Responses Given here. Be Better. I'm really Disappointed in your actions and will be looking for another place to go. The only good news is that there are more options now then ever to leave a company that doesn't care.

I also hate the new home page.  It says news and info but there is only company news and since I am not a company employee it does not interest me.   I looked forward every day to reading the news articles and playing the games on the old home page and it was one of the last things keeping me from changing to Verizon.  I am a platinum member but will now be looking into verizon after all these years.

I, too, dislike the new Discovery Hub's format and will be switching my homepage if it is fully implemented.  It is way too complicated to maneuver through. My.Xfinity works great and has everything I want to do on one screen--very eazy peezy. I see why the new version is called "Discovery Hub" as it takes a lot of searching around to find what you are trying to do. Please don't implement it!!!!
