"We're getting your account set up. Check back soon..." Error Message
When I log in to my account, I get this error:
"Sorry, This Isn’t Working Right Now
Please return to My Account Overview while we resolve the issue."
When I return to my account, I have been getting this message since I set up my account a week ago.
"We're getting your account set up. Check back soon to track and activate your services."
I am worried, as I have not submitted any payment and cannot ensure the delivery of my router and setup of my Internet.
