"We're getting your account set up. Check back soon..." Error Message
When I log in to my account, I get this error:
"Sorry, This Isn’t Working Right Now
Please return to My Account Overview while we resolve the issue."
When I return to my account, I have been getting this message since I set up my account a week ago.
"We're getting your account set up. Check back soon to track and activate your services."
I am worried, as I have not submitted any payment and cannot ensure the delivery of my router and setup of my Internet.

Hi @ellarossfamily, can you check to see if you're logged into the right account from www.xfinity.com/id
It appears to not be a full account yet, the best thing to do is probably to call in to confirm the billing status of your account.

Hi,
Thank you for your help. I had a call with customer service today and they could not find any account associated with my information and they tried to make me a new account, but it said the information I entered was already being used by another account. I had scheduled for someone to come and set up my internet and I have no clue if that is still set up, as they did not know. I want to cancel the service, but I have no clue how when no one can find my account.
