Website keeps logging me out and can't get customer service

As the title says I keep trying to log in to the website but it always keeps logging me out. I tried every solution including clearing cookies and cache and I even tried logging in on an incognito browser but it still didn't work. I tried chatting with the xfinity assistant but I needed to log in and it says my login was successful but then it immediately logs me out, and trying to access the email through xfinity connect is useless. I'm out of options besides this and it's starting to become frustrating.

Hey there @user_r3uldp ! That sounds like it would be frustrating! Let's see if we can figure this out. Can you try this link to see if it allows you to get in? https://connect.xfinity.com Let me know what happens.

No unfortunately it keeps looping with the message, “We are now loading your email” and it has been doing that for ten minutes until the connection timed out :/

@user_r3uldp Thanks for giving it a shot! To confirm, you have tried to log on using multiple browsers as well?

@user_r3uldp Let's see if we can dig into this a bit deeper! Please send a direct message to us by clicking the chat icon in the upper right corner of the page, click on the pen and paper icon, then enter “Xfinity Support” in the “To” section. Please include your full name and complete street address as well as the login name you are using to get started. Thanks!
