Website Issues (Xfinity.com AND /billing)

Hello,

I want to be as kind as possible in summarizing my concerns with the Xfinity website. Most of the eyes who may see this post will have no control over fixing it. But I ask that you escalate these topics.

Issue 1: Xfinity login page reloads endlessly

The other day I was logging in, and I was asked for my user, then password, then verification code. When I hit "submit", it took me back to step one (user).

This repeated endlessly until the system refused to send me more verification codes.

The information I entered was correct, but the system took me through a loop anyway.

I've seen this problem described by other users, particularly on Reddit.

This is not the first time it has happened to me, either.

Issue 2: Billing page

Right now I am trying to look at the PDF for my bill, as I must do every month.

Whenever the billing page loads far enough for me to click "current statement," I get a spinning (loading) wheel that lasts a few minutes, and then it says "Having trouble connecting to My Account" and takes me back to the [dreaded] login page.

The billing page is usually running much slower than Xfinity.com. I know it was added recently, and I hope that it may be improved.

There have been many times when I cannot access it.

I'm not going to be able to get my PDF today because of this. I am going to have to try again another day.

Please don't mind me being bold, here, but I just wanted to say: I cannot think of any other business website where it is a normal experience to just know that I will need to come back on a totally different day in order to complete a few simple steps (logging in and downloading a PDF). This is unheard of.

I wish I could get my bills emailed to me.

(Don't get me wrong, I couldn't stand to lose my "paperless billing discount". LOL.)

I need a copy of the PDF every single month, and I just wish it was easier or that the website could be improved.

I know how important it is to be able to manage your account and check on those billing statements. I am sorry to learn about this experience. You've knocked on the right virtual door. We can help. In addition to the website, are you experiencing the same issue with logging into the XFINITY app where you can also acess those billing statements?
