Hey @drtdogs, Thank you for visiting our official Xfinity Forums Community support page. Your Xfinity username would be used to sign in to your Xfinity account where your public Xfinity Forums username is different. Once the username for the Forums Community has been created, it can only be changed by moderators. The Xfinity username is only used to access the account information. I updated the Forums username to reflect 'drtdogs' similar to your Xfinity username.
