Undo Cancelation Request
Hello, I received an email today saying that Xfinity received a cancelation request and are working on it. The thing is that I never submitted a request for that. Is there a way to undo it so my service isn't interrupted?

Hello @AngeloM_1 we definitley want to ensure that only the changes you want are being made to your account, and would love to help ensure your services are not set to be disconnected. Can you send our team a direct message with your full name and address so that we can pull up the account and confirm what is going on with that order? We look forward to hearing from you!
To send a direct message, please click on the chat icon in the top-right corner of the screen, and select "Xfinity Support" to initiate a live chat.
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "direct messaging" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it

Thank you again @AngeloM_1. I'm glad we were able to clear this up. After some digging, we found a new customer accidentally listed your address for their new service causing the alert. However, we got this all fixed. I appreciate your patience.
