Unable to login after ordering services

I signed up for xfinity today, with a wifi plan scheduled to start next week. However, I haven't been able to login to my account - after entering credentials the page just shows "Hmm, the page didn't load correctly" with a prompt to refresh. Trying to click "Go to my Account" from my confirmation email doesn't work either. Is this supposed to happen? I would like to see my account details even if my order isn't set to be delivered until next week.

@user_c5a098, Is this happening in both the MyAccount App and the Xfinity Webpage (customer.xfinity.com)? Were you ever able to get access to your Xfinity account?
