Unable to log into my Xfinity account
I would like to express my concern regarding my recent attempt to sign up for Internet services for my home through your website. After completing all the required steps for sign-up, including selecting the plan and entering billing details, I encountered an issue when trying to finalize the transaction.
Upon reaching the final step of the sign-up process, the website fails to load properly, preventing me from completing the transaction. I have attempted several times during different times of the day and on different devices, but the issue persists.
This inconvenience has been frustrating and is preventing me from accessing the service I wish to acquire. I would greatly appreciate it if you could investigate this issue and take the necessary steps to resolve it as soon as possible, so that I can proceed with signing up for the Internet services I require.

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send it
