Unable to access your account details

I just recently got an xfinity account set up, but immediately upon trying to access my account through the browser I’m given an error saying the page didn’t load correctly, and refreshing doesn’t help. Trying the app gives me the error you are logged in, but we are unable to access your account details

I'm glad to see you here on our Xfinity Forums. 

It does take some time for new accounts to generate so you may need to give it a few hours.

You are also welcome to send us a Direct Message with your first and last name as well as your service address so we can check on the account status too!

I am having the same issue. On the app "you are logged in but we are unable to access your account details. Would you like to try again?" and on any browser I try I get the following message "Hmm, the page didn't load correctly".

Hi, @user_ba3eae. Have you already tried to visit our ID page at https://comca.st/3nCV5Hj  ?

 

When you put in your information it will ask to attach your ID. If it does not you will have to call our Customer Security Assurance at 1-888-565-4329. Sorry for the inconvenience.
