Transfer secondary email addresses from my account to the accounts of my kids

I know that this has been asked before, but I can't find anything specific to followup on. I have two secondary email addresses that belong to my sons and I want to have them transferred to their own Comcast accounts and no longer be associated with my account. I just got off a chat with someone who clearly didn't understand what I wanted to do. He gave me instructions, but as soon as I went to where he told me to go, I realized that his solution had nothing to do with what I was trying to accomplish. Can anyone give me help with this?

@Again So, finally got around to calling them, but ran into an issue. After taking all of my information he wasn't able to do anything without my kids on the line with me since I have no rights to have anything done to their accounts :(  Guess I understand that...

Hi there @jhyiesla!  If the changes are being made on an account in which you are not the primary account holder, they would need to speak with either the primary account holder or designated 3rd party on the account.  If you can have any one of the aforementioned reach out, they can definitely have that handled for you.

@XfinityArmand ... Just an update.  I was able to call in to the Security Assurance number two separate times, one each for the two email addresses that I need transferred and we were successful both times. Appreciate your help on this.

@jhyiesla Hey there! We can help get this going in the right direction for your kids. We have a team that does username transfers from account to account. Please call 1-800-XFINITY and explain the transfer request. They should transfer you to our Customer Security Assurance team. It's an escalation department. Please let us know how that goes!
