Name
(it shows my first and last name here)
Xfinity ID
( it shows nothing here, completely blank)
Mobile Number
(it shows my old phone number here)
Email Address
(it shows my email here)

In the past I was able to log in and pay for whatever prepaid term I want.  Now I can't do anything and no one can help me on the phone.  How in the world I can't do any paying and I'm the primary and only account holder?

Hey @user_km28g9, Thank you for visiting our official Xfinity Forums Community support page. We greatly appreciate you taking the time to share your experience regarding the Xfinity Prepaid Internet or NOW Internet service. From the error being received, it sounds like you may be using the incorrect Primary Xfinity ID linked or needed to log in to view services.

With the prepaid services, we do have limited support and you would need to reach out directly to the NOW Internet support chat by visiting https://www.xfinity.com/xfinityassistant/?intent=skill.cxao.now.entry

To find your Primary user ID, use the Lookup Tool: https://idm.xfinity.com/myaccount/lookup

Just enter the requested information and you will see a listing of all the user ID's on your account, one of which will be the Primary ID.
