There is no way to access Peacock Premium diamond reward. No button , nor ability to chat from rewards screen

Hi I've spent 30 minutes trying to sign up through the TV box and the computer with zero luck.   The only way I can sign up for Peacock Premium would be to pay for it, but it should be a Diamond benefit.  How can this be resolved?

To send a "direct message" / "private message" message to Xfinity Support:

 • Click "Sign In" if necessary

 • Click the "Direct Message" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging 

 • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

 • The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

 •  - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

 •  - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

 • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

 • Press Enter to send it

Unfortunately this also does not work.  For different reasons!  30+ minutes with an agent asking me basic questions and not resolving the issue. There is no link or button to redeem the award…i hope this is unique to my account and not causing 100’s of customers this level of frustration
