Text from Xfinity Assistant, did not contact Xfinity.
Hello, I received an automated text message from the same authorized Xfinity number that normally contacts me after a service for feedback. This was on 12/19. The problem is I did not contact the Xfinity assistant yesterday, or log in to the account, nor did anyone else with access. Was someone trying to pretend to impersonate me and access my account? I have since today changed my password. The text said:
Hi, Xfinity here! Please provide feedback on your most recent experience with Xfinity.
Thinking about your Xfinity Assistant interaction, how likely are you to recommend Xfinity to friends & family? Reply from 0 Not at all Likely to 10 Extremely Likely.

Would someone kindly look into this and let me know if anything was compromised?
