Technicians notes.
I’d like to request access to the technicians notes regarding the October 16 visit to my home and the one from the July 29 visit to my home, in which the router was replaced. I am having a considerable amount of difficulties with identity theft and harassment, and I’m hoping to gain better insight into how there are breaching our security and getting into the network.

@user_kw4mbz You would need to request that information from our privacy center to get access to your account notes. With regard to the identity theft and account security concerns we would need to refer you to our Customer Security Assurance team who handles those kinds of claims and inquiries.
