Switch my peacock activation to another account

When I activated my peacock, it created a new peacock account. I would like to put it to an existing peacock account

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us: 
• Click "Sign In" if necessary 
• Click the "Direct Message" icon (upper right corner of this page) 
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon 
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list 
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window 
• Press Enter to send your message

I am trying to activate my peacock account but am getting this error. Your Xfinity account is already linked to another Peacock account. How do I fix this?

I'm sorry to hear you're having issues activating your Peacock subscription, but you have definitely come to the right place for assistance.

 

Can you tell me a little more about where this is occurring? Is this happening when you try to click on the activation link from the Xfinity Assistant, or when you try to log in on the Peacock website?
