Student account problems

I am a new student interested in opening an account with Xfinity under the student discount option however, when paying I made a mistake and added and validated my personal email. I no longer seem to be able to add the service I wanted to buy because it recognizes my @Gmail email instead of my university email so I wanted to ask if it’s possible to reset the account or cancel it to create a new one. I have tried multiple times modifying the email or phone number associated to the last one but the system and the webpage are stuck between recognizing the phone and the email but not seeing any product associated to them, so not really identifying that as an account that can be modified. Any help that you can provide I would appreciate.

@user_yxx94h I would be reaching out if I were dealing with this issue too. By any chance have you tried to clear your cache and cookies or tried an incognito mode?

Hey, just wanted to post since I'm having a sort of similar issue! I was going through the steps of getting my student Internet set up, and at the confirmation step I had to pause for a bit. Now I can't seem to log into my account even though it recognizes my login somewhat? It'll act like I signed in successfully but then when I go do do anything I won't be signed in - I hadn't considered the possibility that it may have to do with the fact I put in and verified my personal email. I also haven't been able to successfully start the process again after re-entering my student info on the offer page. I have tried using a different device, clearing my cookies/cache, and using an incognito tab but it's all the same and I'm not quite sure what to do at this point.
