So annoying!
I tried viewing the channels in my channel lineup via the website yet I get a message that says “sorry…” and that I have to call the 1-800 number. Seriously? So then I went to chat with an agent instead yet every time I type a sentence, I wait five minutes for an answer. I got no answer to my question so I quit the chat. I’ve just about had it with xfinity. All I want to do is see my channels that are free to me ON THE WEBSITE! Your customer service is the worst it’s ever been.

This is certainly not the experience that we want you to have when attempting to look at your account details and reach out for assistance with your services, @L3-. Just to clarify, were you logged into your account and using this link https://www.xfinity.com/support/local-channel-lineup to view your channel options? One step that you can try as well is to use a different browser, clear your cache and cookies if needed or even try incognito mode. Let me know if that helps!
