Separating one account into two

I have moved to a different apartment while my ex stayed in our old apartment. Currently both internets are under my name and I need them to be separate. What do I have to do? I need my name to be on the account just for one address [REMOVED: PERSONAL INFORMATION]

In this case you would want to submit an account chage request to have the ownership carried over to the current tenant. We can help you get that submitted.
