You'd think a company providing Internet would be able to build a working website...I mean it's 2023.

@XfinityAngie​ yep. Site loads fine, but try and look at statement, history, bills, equipment upgrades and I get cute little graphics that it can't load at this time and try saying later. For days. So basically anything other than me customer service doesn't work. Looked on Reddit, other message boards and this seems to be a common issue for years. Which means you're ok with made customer service and are far from cutting edge

Thanks for the response and those additional details @user_a3ok3q and we are sorry to hear about these issues. Have you attempted to clear the cookies and cache on the device you are trying to access the site?
