@XfinityAngie yep. Site loads fine, but try and look at statement, history, bills, equipment upgrades and I get cute little graphics that it can't load at this time and try saying later. For days. So basically anything other than me customer service doesn't work. Looked on Reddit, other message boards and this seems to be a common issue for years. Which means you're ok with made customer service and are far from cutting edge
